Kind of an odd name yes, but this Seattle area restaurant is located in the Capitol Hill neighborhood and is known for its Northwest menu that changes as the seasons do. Of course we’re interested in the food but what excites us more is it’s design and architecture!
Sitka & Spruce is housed in a former auto-body shop giving it a compelling mix of rustic and industrial design. With it’s clean white walls and characteristic butcher block this place has the perfect mix of classic Northwest flair and French airiness. We strongly recommend you visit!
